  • How to create a transaction

    • From the Dashboard, click "Transaction" on the menu bar on the left side. 
    • On this page you will find all of your active, canceled and completed transactions. In the top right corner, click on "Create Transaction". 
    • Fill in the Property, Listing Agent, and Closing Agent Information. Make sure you have the correct email address and mobile number! 
    • After filling in your Clients' email address and mobile number, the system will generate a short name so you can access the files easier as you close deals To add another Buyer, click on the "+Add Buyer" 
    • Continue filling in the contract info such as the EMD, Commissions and other fees. The system will automatically calculate your split with your brokerage 
    • You can add in other fees such as admin fees or any type of reimbursement the Buyer owes by entering the description and the amount. Hit + to add new expense 
    • Click on the Lead Source and select where your lead came from to track your ROI. 
    • Select if the home was built before 1978, has an HOA, is a Condo, or there is a Home Warranty. This will trigger tasks and communications on your behalf. 
    • The next steps are to select your campaign and assign vendors to each contingencies. Each contingency has tasks and communications sent out on your behalf. 
    • As you assign Vendors, be sure to add the contingency deadline so you can track the contingency 
    • Click on "Save and Start" to have TELLAGENT work for you! 
  • How to create a template

    • From the Dashboard, click on "Master Campaign" on the left side of the page. 
    • At the top right corner, click on "Create New Template" 
    • Choose create new template 
    • At the top right corner, click on "Create New Template" 
    • Start creating your new campaign by choosing what day you want and click on "+ Add New Task" 
    • Start creating your new campaign to simplify your real estate transactions!  

     

  • How to manage my calendar

    • Navigate to the “calendar” tab on the left panel.  
    • The calendar shows all tasks sorted by scheduled tasks, overdue tasks, completed tasks.  
    • You can view tasks within the calendar by day, week, or month.  
    • To view a task, click on the desired task.  
    • Editing your tasks 
    • Edit the Status selecting the drop down  
    • Edit the Due Date 
    • Set Reminder if desired 
    • Edit or add communication such as email or text.  
    • Click the save button to saved edits or cancel to discard changes.  
  • How to view contacts

    • Navigate to the “contacts” tab on the left panel. 
    • This section will consist of the list of all contacts associated with the Buyer Agent  
    • You can search the contacts from the list using the keywords. 
    • You can also edit, set as default, and remove the contacts from the list by clicking on the three circles on the top right corner of each contact.  
    • Clicking on the contacts name will let you view the contact details.
